Maximum Work-Flow & Efficiency

Your Project Manager is at hand to ensure your design of kitchen will provide the best possible work space and productivity.

Logistical Control

In any site project our aim is to ensure potential issues are ironed out before they happen for a perfect end result. Planning, co-ordination and logistical control are pivotal parts and that is why (once your final order with our consultants is formally agreed) you will be assigned a dedicated Project Manager.

Service Schedule

The Project Manager will attend all necessary site meetings to offer advice/guidance, answer any questions and ensure health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to.   The parties involved (client, building contractors, plumbers, electricians, etc.) will be briefed on the work required to prepare the commercial kitchen for installation via the creation and issue of comprehensive service schedule drawings.

Step by Step Management

Our liaison with you, your architect and your contractor/s through every step of the project and dealing with all necessary administration paperwork, placing of orders for your equipment and keeping everyone 'in the loop' are all important to achieve the best installation outcome.

The Delivery

We will sign off deliveries of your equipment to our warehouse and ensure they are checked and safety stored prior to the installation date.  Our Delivery and Installation Team (incorporating Gas and Electrical Engineers), led by our on-site Installation Manager are fully briefed prior to each and every project task. This ensures quality control and that everything happens according to plan.

Beyond Installation

Upon installation, we will provide all maintenance and user manuals for the equipment installed together with the option of utilising our service contracts. Where necessary, we will organise training demonstrations to familiarise our staff on the new catering equipment either via our in-house or manufacturers' technicians.
